The property and accommodations were beautiful, providing a perfect match to the surrounding preserve. The service was unobtrusive and the meals were very well-prepared. The knowledgeable guides made the boat excursions a highlight of our trip. Evening boat rides were lovely and the weather in August was comfortable with no insect problems. The setting amongst the trees and the lovely pool added to the overall experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel in the midst of nature. The peaceful and serene location helped me rejuvenate. The staff was very friendly and well-informed, assisting me with guides and excursions effortlessly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring a well-maintained pool and beautiful surroundings. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast that was provided daily.

The pool on the property was a major plus on hot afternoons, offering a refreshing break from the outdoor activities.

The electricity in the hotel tended to cut out frequently, which was an inconvenience at times. The language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as some of the excursion information was only available in Spanish.

The lack of ATM machines in the area made it difficult to withdraw money, which is essential since the hotel only accepts cash payments. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it hard to keep in touch with family and friends.

I had a very relaxing time at a quaint and cozy lodge surrounded by lush greenery. The pool and rustic rooms were superb, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and the vegetarian meals were delicious.
